Delivery times

We do not ship any frozen perishable good. These items are reserved for local delivery and pick-ups. We deliver every Wednesday starting at 9AM until 5PM. If you request a local pick-up we will make contact after the point of order to schedule a date and time that works best for you. If you order local delivery, please note that we are traveling large areas and will deliver to as the day allows. Please leave a cooler at your door for all local deliveries. For all non-perishable items such as merchandise, sausage, jerky and sausage sticks we do ship anywhere in the United States. 

Shipping conditions

• Order processing times. After an order is placed, it will take from 7-9 days for your order to be processed and shipped.  . 
• Domestic and international shipping options. We only ship within the United States of America.  
• Local delivery and buy online, pickup in-store. I We offer local delivery to our service area in Bozeman and Belgrade. For orders out of our delivery area we can schedule a pickup date and time after your point of purchase.  
• Transparency around returns, changes and cancellations. OWe do not allows returns or exchanges for any of our frozen good. All non-perishable items can be returned if they show no signs of "use" or being worn.

Returns and Refund

• Only non-perishable items can be returned

• All frozen goods are non-returnable and non-exchangeable
• Only non-perishable items can be returned (30, 60, 90, etc days after selling)
• Items must be returned without any evidence of being 'worn'
• We do not all for products can be returned for (a product of equal value, store credit, refund, etc.)
• Please contact via email or website to initiate a return or exchange 
• Usually takes between 7-14 days to issue a return item
