"Delivery and packaging were top notch. Unfortunately the steaks that we have tried (grilled to a perfect medium rare) I would grade a “Select” which is below “Choice”. A lack of marbling produces a cut that is just lacking flavor and is somewhat tough. I worked in a butcher shop and raised beef so I’m confident in my opinion."
