This box includes 1 shoulder roast, 2 packages of short ribs (2-3 ribs per pack) and 2 packages of osso bucco aka beef shank (2 large, sliced shanks per package). 

In your dutch oven or slow cooker, you can braise any of these cuts down to use in dishes where you need melt-in-your-mouth, pulled beef. Such as a ragu over pasta. For the shoulder roast, you can simply cut it into chunks before braising.
