We went a little hog wild this summer and purchased four pigs! These hogs had a really lovely summer, raised on pasture right behind our home at Wickens Ranch. They were able to express their natural behaviors, rooting for bugs and plant nutrition while also being fed each day by our kids. We nourished them with the same Montana crops - barley and peas - that we use to finish our cattle. The pork is a bit darker in color (compared to conventional pork) and incredibly flavorful.

Our pork loin "ribs" are cut from the rib end of the loin meat. They're chunks of boneless loin meat and great for weeknight slow cooker dinners, or any of your favorite rib cooking methods.
