You don't normally think of the chuck as a source for steaks. The denver steak is cut from the center of the under blade, which is why it's extremely tender with a good amount of marbling throughout. Because it's cut from the chuck, it's not as expensive as other steaks and yet has similar tenderness and marbling. Best when cooked over high heat in a cast iron or on the grill.
