Calling all hunters, we have leaf fat (the fat from around the loin and kidneys of a cow), also known as suet. Suet is lighter weight and when rendered has a delicious, mild flavor. While all suet is beef fat, not all beef fat is suet. Suet is prized by bakers and hunters alike, an amazing ingredient to stock your freezer with! You can use it to render your own tallow, make delicate pie crusts, or flavor and process game meat. 

We are selling suet by the case - each case is approximately 25 lbs.
